The Gym is Not a "Place"

Well, technically it is. I’m referring to the “state of mind”. The gym is a place where you go to impart that “stress” factor which, along with proper rest and nutrition, will enable you to achieve the results you seek, whether it’s getting stronger for the next Hockey season or to get stronger and healthier for the biggest game of all, Life! 

It is always important to remember that TRAINING IS A PRIVILEGE, make the most out of your time at the Gym.
