Our mission is to bring to the community of Ormond Beach, FL a more fundamental and effective way of training using basic compound movements and abbreviated training routines. To inform the community on basic dietary protocols, focusing on proper dietary needs, feeding times, and control of macros to achieve proper body re-composition.
